1) Assistant: 200 Posts
2) Assistant Manager: 93 Posts

While Assistant Recruitment is done state-wise  and Assistant Manager Recruitment is done at All India Level. 

Pay-Scale: Applicants will get salary as per the Pay-Scale given below.

1) Assistants: Rs 16300/- (approx)

2) Assistant Manager: Rs 37345 (approx)


Probation Period: Post-wise Probation Period Details are given as under

1) For Assistants: 6 Months 
2) For Assistant Manager: 1 year

What is the Eligibility Criteria ?

Applicants willing to apply for any or both of the posts mentioned above must meet the below mentioned Eligibility conditions

1) For Assistant Posts: Applicants must meet the below mentioned Eligibility Conditions

1. Age Limit(As on 01-06-2014): 21 to 28 years 
2. Educational Qualification: Graduation with 50% Marks
3. Qualifying Exam: Applicants must have Qualified the IBPS RRB CWE under General Category Cut Off, held in Sept 2014 for Office Assistant.
4.  Applicant must have Knowledge of Computers and must posess the proficiency in Local Language of the concerned state.

 2) For Assistant Manager Post: Applicant must meet the Qualifications as given below .

1. Age Limit(As on 01-06-2014): 21 to 28 years 
2. Educational Qualification: Graduation with minimum 55% Marks
3. Qualifying Exam: Applicants must have passed (Qualified )the IBPS RRB CWE under General Category Cut Off, held in Sept 2014 for Officer Scale-I.
4.  Applicant must have Knowledge of Computers 

Selection Procedure: The Selection Procedure for the Recruitment of Assistants and Assistant Managers in LIC HFL comprises of TWS (For General Catgory) and Interview taken together

Depending upon the No. of  vacancies, LIC will call only those candiadtes for Interview who have have higher Merit with respect to the TWS (total Weighted Score).
