The question paper of the BSNL JTO exam will be completely of the objective nature. Its syllabus will be similar to that of the Engineering Examination carried out by any Indian university.
BSNL - JTO Placement Interview
Once the applicant has cleared the written test, the Technical Interview is the next round for them in the selection procedure. In this interview, applicants will be questioned about the subjects they have studied so far. They might be asked questions about the project that they have done. The HR interview will follow this round.

Questions of general nature will be asked in the written part of the interview procedure. One can consider this as the easiest part in the selection procedure.
